Tape slitting machine principle：
1. The paper slitting machine shall carry out the fixed length slitting processing of the whole roll or the whole raw material, such as plastic packaging materials, packaging carton, steel plate, film, leather, wood chip, etc., and the fixed length slitting control shall be used.
2. The slitting length can be set continuously. If there is an error in the actual slitting length, it is easy to calibrate by setting parameters.
3. The slitting control of the paper slitter is divided into static and dynamic slitting: it stops accurately when the set length arrives, then static slitting processing, restarts after slitting; when the set length arrives, it does not stop. The slitting signal is dynamically slitted during the material movement process.
Main factors affecting tension stability：
(1) The change of the speed of the machine will inevitably cause the change of the tension of the whole machine.
(2) During the process of collecting and unwinding, the winding and unwinding diameters of the slitting machine are constantly changing, and the change of the diameter will inevitably cause the change of the material tension. When the unwinding torque is constant, the diameter is reduced and the tension is increased. The winding is reversed. If the winding torque is constant, the tension will decrease as the winding diameter increases. This is the main factor that causes the change in material tension during operation.
(3) The change in the tightness of the raw material roll will also cause a change in the tension of the whole machine.
(4) The unevenness of the material of the raw material is cut. If the material elasticity fluctuates, the material thickness changes along the width and length direction, the mass of the material roll is eccentric, and the temperature and humidity of the production environment change, which also affects the tension fluctuation of the whole machine.
(5) The various transmission mechanisms (such as guide rollers, floating rollers, flattening rollers, etc.) of the slitting machine have factors such as imbalance and unstable air pressure.

8. Operate the button on the winding arm to wind up the paper core.
9. Manually cut the film to be cut onto the corresponding rewinding paper core. After tightening the film, it is firmly adhered to the paper core (note that the side 1 and side 2 films are differently worn).
10. After all the paper cores on both sides are glued, press “Crop 1 Clamp” and “Reel 2 Clamp” at the same time, and then press “Rewind side 1 open” and “winding side 2 open” at the same time. The position is automatically swung until the winding paper core is pressed against the upper roller, the winding main body is started, and the film is slowly wound until it is tight. 11. Press the “MACHINE” button, the siren will sound and the signal light will flash yellow. Confirm that the personnel are in the safe area, press "machine on" again, the button light is always on, the machine starts and accelerates to the input set speed.
12. The main operator shall check the winding condition of each film and fine-tune the winding arm if necessary.
