1. 2. Film penetration: When there is no film on the slitter, the film must be penetrated. Using the slitting machine through the membrane device and the function keys, one end of the original membrane is attached to the membrane chain eyelet, and the membrane button is activated to distribute the membrane along the slitting process to be evenly distributed on each roller.
3. Film: When there is a film on the slitter, when changing the joint, use the vacuum filming table to start the filming station to the working position, manually flatten the film on the first pulling roller of the slitting machine and start the upper vacuum pumping film. Soak the film flat on the filming table, attach the double-sided tape and cut off the excess film under the tape, flatten the film on the unwinding frame and start the lower vacuum pump to make the film flat and absorb the paper. Layer and flatten the adhesive film, the joints should be neat and wrinkle-free, then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps to open the filming station to the inoperative position.

2. Use the collet release button to release the chuck and check whether the film cores have left the core. If one is still stuck on the core, manually remove the film roll manually.
3. After ensuring that all the film leaves the chuck on the trolley, use the film button to raise the winding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and attach the film to the paper core for the next slitting.

10. After all the paper cores on both sides are glued, press “Crop 1 Clamp” and “Reel 2 Clamp” at the same time, and then press “Rewind side 1 open” and “winding side 2 open” at the same time. The position is automatically swung until the winding paper core is pressed against the upper roller, the winding main body is started, and the film is slowly wound until it is tight. 11. Press the “MACHINE” button, the siren will sound and the signal light will flash yellow. Confirm that the personnel are in the safe area, press "machine on" again, the button light is always on, the machine starts and accelerates to the input set speed.
12. The main operator shall check the winding condition of each film and fine-tune the winding arm if necessary.
