The tape cutter GL-5000 can be used for a variety of inner diameter tapes, and can also be used with two rolls of tape at the same time, without any error. The premise is that the two tapes are similar in material and have the same length to be cut so that one machine can cut two tapes at the same time. With electronic control system, it can electronically control the cutting length and reduce the error.
Single shaft automatic foam tape slitting cutting machine:
The machine is suitable for cutting BOPP tapes, PVC tapes, PE tapes, masking paper tapes, double sided tapes, kraft paper tapes, foam tapes, duct tapes, industrial tapes, protective film, etc.

2) Silicon solution cooling system, avoiding cutter getting sticky which can make sure that the cutting process are all right.
3) Accurate cutting position: using servo motor to drive, used with perfect ball screw, lineary or bit to make sure the cutting process accurate and perfect.
4) The face and back tube are supported by oil pressure to ensure the stability of mini pathway when it was cut.
5) Round knife cutting promotes the working efficiency.

1)Main driving part:Taiwan AC motor with inverter is employed.
2) Central control unit:Programmable central control is used and 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for auto transfer and cutting
3) Operating panel:All functions are operated on the 10" LCD touch panel.
4) Motor control system:The central control system is PLC programmablecontroller.
5) Cutting positioning system:Cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear.
6)Blade feeding positioning system:Blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor,and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages.
7) Auto angle adjustment of circular blade:Mitsubishi servo motor is used to calculate thecircular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is ±8°).
8)Quick shaft change system:Three kinds of shafts are available and quick change of shafts is applied for different materials.
