(1.) Post operator
1. First check the cutting distance of the measuring cutter, which is consistent with the specifications required by the process standard.
2. Before placing the paper core, first check whether the paper core used meets the requirements for use:
A. Is the size of the specification the same as the roll paper size?
B. Is the inner diameter and outer diameter of the paper core acceptable (the thickness is consistent).
C. Does the strength of the paper core meet the requirements?
D. Whether the port is layered or burred.
E. Can be put on the machine after passing the inspection and passing the test.
3. Signal the main operation: Start the ejector pin pump button and insert the paper core onto the ejector cone.
4. Shake the two thimble handles to the left to push the core.
5. Align the edge of the paper core port (the difference between left and right cannot exceed one millimeter).
(2) Main operation
1. Review again whether the paper cores on the board meet the requirements.
2. Review whether the thimble is inserted into the lock (avoid the end of the paper roll is not aligned)
3. Check the sharpness of the upper and lower round knives, the depth of the occlusion and the angle to ensure the quality of the trimming.

Second, the operation steps：
1. According to the production order of the day, the squad leader is responsible for arranging the material production (base paper, packaging materials, paper core);
2. Check whether the quality of the original paper texture, color, tension, elongation and other products meet the product requirements.
3. Put the original paper on the paper-removing shaft and the shaft plug must be locked. The 1575 rewinding machine is assisted by the handyman to push the original paper to the unloading frame and push it into the positioning slot. The 2900 rewinding machine uses the cylinder to lift the paper. Push the rear frame into the positioning groove of the rear frame (when the iron shaft is pushed into the positioning groove, pay attention to safety), and adjust the left and right position. When replacing the base paper, the shaft stalk and the plug must be removed with both hands and placed on the ground. It is strictly forbidden to throw or fall on the ground, and damage the floor or hurt the person;
Four release and one rewinding machine operation program ---
First, prepare for inspection before starting the machine
1. Dust removal: Before cleaning, ensure that the work area is cleaned and there is no dust. There is no dust on the shaft. Clean it once with an air gun to remove the dust.
2, the direction of receiving and discharging: When unwinding the bar, pay attention to the direction of feeding. The discharge stick is counterclockwise. The receiving stick is clockwise.
3. The position of the gear and the position of the barrel are placed: the gear of the discharging stick and the receiving stick should be in the middle of the gear of the motor, avoiding the friction between the gear and the gear around the gear during the fine adjustment, thus causing damage to the gear or the motor; The receiving barrel should be the same on the scale of the stick.
4. Inflatable locking: After the position of the barrel is placed, use a high-pressure air gun to ventilate each barrel to ensure that each barrel is locked. (It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without inflation)
5. Induction: Manually pass the materials through the intermediate rollers and the tension sensor in sequence, and finally wrap the receiving core and fix the material head by hand. Note: Ensure that the material is neat and flat during the process of fixing the material. Put the material well and press the pressure shaft on the receiving roller.
