1. First check the cutting distance of the measuring cutter, which is consistent with the specifications required by the process standard.
2. Before placing the paper core, first check whether the paper core used meets the requirements for use:
A. Is the size of the specification the same as the roll paper size?
B. Is the inner diameter and outer diameter of the paper core acceptable (the thickness is consistent).
C. Does the strength of the paper core meet the requirements?
D. Whether the port is layered or burred.
E. Can be put on the machine after passing the inspection and passing the test.
3. Signal the main operation: Start the ejector pin pump button and insert the paper core onto the ejector cone.
4. Shake the two thimble handles to the left to push the core.
5. Align the edge of the paper core port (the difference between left and right cannot exceed one millimeter).
(2) Main operation
1. Review again whether the paper cores on the board meet the requirements.
2. Review whether the thimble is inserted into the lock (avoid the end of the paper roll is not aligned)
3. Check the sharpness of the upper and lower round knives, the depth of the occlusion and the angle to ensure the quality of the trimming.

1. Press the warning button and delay for about 2 seconds. At the same time, the alarm sounds, and then press the start button to start the machine.
2. When the machine starts, fine-tune the discharge roller to ensure that the material is flush at the receiving roller. During the fine adjustment process, the gear is not rubbed against the periphery.
3. When the machine is running, no objects are allowed between the ultrasonic probe and the material axis. This will cause the machine to stop working.
Third, automatic acceleration
When the accelerator button is pressed and delayed for about 3 seconds, the machine automatically accelerates to the required maximum speed (set in the touch screen), and the deceleration button is pressed once during the acceleration process to automatically accelerate and stop.

In the mechanical system of the winder, the slitting mechanism is a very important part of the winder. In order to ensure a straight and smooth cutting edge, the quality control of the finished paper roll plays an important role in ensuring the volume. It is easy and can reduce the fluffing during printing. The slitting mechanism should be installed as close as possible to the paper roll so that it can produce a lateral movement more than necessary during the process of cutting the web without curling.
The high-speed rewinding paper conveying system is also very important in the application. The old-fashioned rewinding machine is mainly handled by manual. With the increase of the speed of the rewinding machine, the manual can no longer be processed. There are two ways to transport the paper side of the reel: fan direct pumping and venturi suction. The direct drawing type of the fan mainly uses a centrifugal fan, and the fan is placed under the floor. The inlet of the fan and the air duct near the longitudinal cutting edge are connected to each other, and the blade of the fan is also equipped with a wind blade. When the fan is sucked, it will be broken by the blade and then sent to the water pulper. However, since the edge of the paper has to pass through the inside of the fan, the blade transported by this type of paper is very worn and needs to be changed frequently. Venturi suction is also used in the high-pressure centrifugal fan, but the paper edge does not pass through the fan, directly the longitudinal cutting edge of the duct into the venturi pipe, the wind machine generates negative pressure in the venturi, and then the paper While washing the venturi tube and then feeding it to the water pulper, the paper edge conveyed at this time is continuous. The disadvantage of this method is that when the speed of the winder is relatively high, the power of the selected fan is large, which will increase the operation. Cost, increase loss.
