(1.) Post operator
1. First check the cutting distance of the measuring cutter, which is consistent with the specifications required by the process standard.
2. Before placing the paper core, first check whether the paper core used meets the requirements for use:
A. Is the size of the specification the same as the roll paper size?
B. Is the inner diameter and outer diameter of the paper core acceptable (the thickness is consistent).
C. Does the strength of the paper core meet the requirements?
D. Whether the port is layered or burred.
E. Can be put on the machine after passing the inspection and passing the test.
3. Signal the main operation: Start the ejector pin pump button and insert the paper core onto the ejector cone.
4. Shake the two thimble handles to the left to push the core.
5. Align the edge of the paper core port (the difference between left and right cannot exceed one millimeter).

(2) Main operation
1. Review again whether the paper cores on the board meet the requirements.
2. Review whether the thimble is inserted into the lock (avoid the end of the paper roll is not aligned)
3. Check the sharpness of the upper and lower round knives, the depth of the occlusion and the angle to ensure the quality of the trimming.

        The rewinding machine is the first station of the production line equipment of the welcoming machine. The good running condition of the rewinding machine directly affects the quality and production efficiency of the post-processing welcoming paper. The rewinding machine should be able to operate normally and in a good production state. In addition to the good and non-damage of the components, the reasonable adjustment and control of the transmission ratio of the whole machine is very important.
        When the rewinding machine is produced, the original paper web is conveyed by five transmission rollers and belts, that is, a paper feeding belt, a curved roller, a rear platen roller, a front platen roller, a winding roller, and the like. Each of the base papers is thin, the elongation is limited, and the transmission speed ratio is unstable, and the paper web is easy to wrinkle and be broken during the continuous acceleration and deceleration operation of the winder. Reasonable adjustment and control of the speed of each drive roller and paper feed belt can greatly reduce the phenomenon that the paper web is broken. After many daily adjustments, the author summarizes the following key adjustment methods. 1. Stable paper feed belt conveys the line speed of the original paper web. The paper feeding belt of the rewinding machine is driven by the V-belt through the stepless speed-regulating wheel. When the output torque is large, the driving V-belt is close to the outer edge of the speed-regulating wheel, and the transmission speed will be more stable. In order to achieve such a stable transmission effect, the speed ratio of the main gearbox can be adjusted step by step to make the speed of the winding roller slower, and at the same time adjust the speed control handwheels of the paper feed belt of the original paper frame, so that the three sets of transmission triangle belts are in The outer edge of the stepless speed regulation wheel is in a reasonable position until the winding speed of the winding roller and the paper feeding belt are the same.

3. Adjust the curved shaft behind the punching knife. The curved shaft is finally stretched as a smooth transition axis before the web is wound up. The position of the position and the working arc size not only affect the smoothness of the paper web, but also affect the stability of the web transport. When the curved axis is too high, the paper web is scratched by the punching surface knife, and the jitter is large and the paper is easy to break. When the position is too low, the paper web is scraped to the low hole and the broken layer is easy to break. Generally, the height of the curved shaft position is adjusted so that when the paper web passes through the punching knife, the bottom layer is preferably 5~8 mm higher than the punching bottom knife, and the working arc of the curved shaft is as small as possible, and the paper can not wrinkle.
