Rewinding Machine operating procedures - Unwinding paper core
(1.) Post operator
1. First check the cutting distance of the measuring cutter, which is consistent with the specifications required by the process standard.
2. Before placing the paper core, first check whether the paper core used meets the requirements for use:
A. Is the size of the specification the same as the roll paper size?
B. Is the inner diameter and outer diameter of the paper core acceptable (the thickness is consistent).
C. Does the strength of the paper core meet the requirements?
D. Whether the port is layered or burred.
E. Can be put on the machine after passing the inspection and passing the test.
3. Signal the main operation: Start the ejector pin pump button and insert the paper core onto the ejector cone.
4. Shake the two thimble handles to the left to push the core.
5. Align the edge of the paper core port (the difference between left and right cannot exceed one millimeter).

(2) Main operation
1. Review again whether the paper cores on the board meet the requirements.
2. Review whether the thimble is inserted into the lock (avoid the end of the paper roll is not aligned)
3. Check the sharpness of the upper and lower round knives, the depth of the occlusion and the angle to ensure the quality of the trimming.

1. Rewinder structure and working principle

1.1 Structure
The rewinder is generally composed of a unwinding roll (also referred to as a paper take-off roll), a guide roll, a slitting mechanism, a platen roll, a take-up bottom roll (including a front bottom roll and a rear bottom roll), and a double bottom roll. The machine is characterized by two rotating drums to replace and support the take-up reel, usually with or without a rotating platen roller pressed against the top of the reel in the take-up, the take-up reel is taken up The main structure (has become the front and rear bottom rollers respectively). Under normal circumstances, the surface of the front bottom roller is rough, and the surface of the rear bottom roller is relatively smooth. They are connected to the motor through the reduction gear box. The platen roller, also called the load roller, acts to create a downward pressure whose pressure is the difference between its own weight and the load roller lifting pressure. The unwinding roller is composed of a leg paper holder, a unwinding roller coupling, a unwinding roller clamping mechanism, and a unwinding motor. Longitudinal cutters generally have book holders side by side on the same axis, mainly used to cut off the change. Cut a certain width of sheet paper to the required width as needed. Two tension sensors are placed on the tension roller to receive the web tension.

4.1 Research significance
The significance of this paper is to apply advanced field bus and frequency conversion technology to the traditional paper industry, making the rewinder control system very practical and advanced for a long time.
Firstly, the new Profibus field bus is used to replace the system's large number of I/O wiring, which effectively avoids the interference of the signal; the OP operation panel is used to replace the analog secondary instrument and switch button of the original system. The control system is divided into two levels: the monitoring machine (operator panel) and the field control level (lower position machine). Through the system, the operator can timely understand the various operating states of the winder through the OP panel, analyze the cause of the fault, and make corresponding adjustments and controls on the OP panel according to the site conditions in time. The new control system adopts the frequency conversion control technology, which abandons the DC rotation control mode of the original system of the winder. The application of the frequency conversion technology improves the speed and control precision of the system. The modified vehicle speed reaches 1200m/min (line speed), which is the original system. Twice, at the highest speed, the speed error does not exceed 2%. The friendly man-machine interface system can effectively control the entire production process of the winder, realize effective control of key production parameters, ensure safe and stable production, improve economic efficiency, and reduce labor intensity of workers.
Secondly, the implementation scheme of the new control system has strong universality. The software and hardware design and transformation of the general data acquisition system can connect the original system to the field bus, and the design of the tension and load distribution control of the winder The equipment transformation in the paper industry and the cigarette industry has certain reference significance.
