Rewinding Machine operating procedures - Unwinding paper core
(1.) Post operator
1. First check the cutting distance of the measuring cutter, which is consistent with the specifications required by the process standard.
2. Before placing the paper core, first check whether the paper core used meets the requirements for use:
A. Is the size of the specification the same as the roll paper size?
B. Is the inner diameter and outer diameter of the paper core acceptable (the thickness is consistent).
C. Does the strength of the paper core meet the requirements?
D. Whether the port is layered or burred.
E. Can be put on the machine after passing the inspection and passing the test.
3. Signal the main operation: Start the ejector pin pump button and insert the paper core onto the ejector cone.
4. Shake the two thimble handles to the left to push the core.
5. Align the edge of the paper core port (the difference between left and right cannot exceed one millimeter).

(2) Main operation
1. Review again whether the paper cores on the board meet the requirements.
2. Review whether the thimble is inserted into the lock (avoid the end of the paper roll is not aligned)
3. Check the sharpness of the upper and lower round knives, the depth of the occlusion and the angle to ensure the quality of the trimming.

2 rear bottom roller
The roller is covered with a steel shell. It maintains a dynamic balance at a speed equivalent to the design speed. The roller has a coating and a spiral groove. Equipped with hydraulic brake system. The roll outer coating is used to attempt to increase the friction between the roll surface and the paper during rewinding. Air is discharged along the spiral groove between the roll surface and the paper roll.
Vacuum drum
The rear bottom roller has a hole. Vacuum suction is generated by a blower. This facilitates paper machine threading to ensure that the cut sheet fits snugly against the roll during roll change.

Construction
A fork-like paper core loader is mounted on the paper feed roller. The core loader includes a paper core clip and a centering tray. The core loader is hydraulically operated. The movement of the paper core clamp is operated by compressed air.
working principle 
The core is placed on a tray in the core loader. It is fixed in position by the paper core clamp.
During the rewinding process, the core loader opens and the new core is advanced. When the core loader is full, the paper core clamp will run to grip the paper core. The core loader moves to the position it should wait when the paper feed roller moves. When the paper advance roller reaches the position where the paper roll is ejected, the core loader is lowered to the drop position. The core holder is opened and the core falls into the middle of the roll.
