6. The main operation is strictly controlled according to the diameter and length required by the process standard. When the length standard is reached, the vehicle speed can be smoothly decelerated and the rewinding is completed.

The working principle of the winder is to install the large paper roll produced from the paper machine on the paper exit frame of the winder. In order to maintain a certain tension of the paper web, the brake device must be installed on the paper return frame. A brake motor is installed on the paper exit frame. If the paper breaks during the rewinding process, the brake device can also brake quickly to reduce paper loss. The web is cut to the width we need by the slitting roller, the paper guide roller and the winder slitting mechanism, and then re-rolled into a paper roll according to the required tightness and the diameter of the finished paper roll. The main structural parameters of the winder are the width of the paper roll that can be rewinded, the maximum speed that the rewinding machine can reach, the quality of the finished paper roll, the maximum diameter of the ejecting roll and the roll paper, and the method of cutting the paper.

Since we are using a double bottom roller lower paper rewinding machine, the paper web must pass through the back bottom roller to be wound on the paper roll. The roller will isolate most of the tension, and only a small amount of tension can be transferred to the finished paper roll, which means that if there is tension to control the hardness of the paper roll, if the hardness of the paper roll changes little, The tension will change a lot. The key factors affecting the hardness of the paper roll are the pressure of the platen roller and the torque difference between the front and rear bottom rollers. The effect of the web tension on the hardness of the paper roll is not great because it is not a critical factor. 4. Electric drive "flexible" start and proper speed program control The starting of the winder is of course smoother and better, so that the paper web can be prevented from being subjected to the impact of tension, and the breakage can be reduced and the paper roll can be improved. Rewind quality. In order to meet such requirements, we often add a given integrator to the speed and current of the speed regulation system. This is beneficial to the start of the winder. Through analysis, we can know that if the system is to start more smoothly, give The larger the time constant of the integrator, the better, so the integral time constant of a given integrator can be adjusted over a large range to suit the processing requirements.
