The center-to-center ratio between the rolls of the backup roll should be greater than the roll diameter. Only at such a distance, the roll core does not get caught in the middle of the roll when the support roll begins to curl.
When the winder is running at high speed, in order to avoid vibration during high-speed operation, the design of the backup roller must be minimal when supporting the paper roll. 2. Hydraulic (air pressure) suspension mechanism
Under normal circumstances, the adjustable pressure actuators use hydraulic suspension scale mechanism. We install a potentiometer attached to the platen roller to display the diameter of the finished paper roll, which is sent through the potentiometer. The signal is transmitted to the pressure program control unit to calculate the pressure, so that the oil pressure in the suspension scale can be changed, thereby achieving pressure control of the platen roller.
