        When the rewinding machine is produced, the original paper web is conveyed by five transmission rollers and belts, that is, a paper feeding belt, a curved roller, a rear platen roller, a front platen roller, a winding roller, and the like. Each of the base papers is thin, the elongation is limited, and the transmission speed ratio is unstable, and the paper web is easy to wrinkle and be broken during the continuous acceleration and deceleration operation of the winder. Reasonable adjustment and control of the speed of each drive roller and paper feed belt can greatly reduce the phenomenon that the paper web is broken. After many daily adjustments, the author summarizes the following key adjustment methods. 1. Stable paper feed belt conveys the line speed of the original paper web. The paper feeding belt of the rewinding machine is driven by the V-belt through the stepless speed-regulating wheel. When the output torque is large, the driving V-belt is close to the outer edge of the speed-regulating wheel, and the transmission speed will be more stable. In order to achieve such a stable transmission effect, the speed ratio of the main gearbox can be adjusted step by step to make the speed of the winding roller slower, and at the same time adjust the speed control handwheels of the paper feed belt of the original paper frame, so that the three sets of transmission triangle belts are in The outer edge of the stepless speed regulation wheel is in a reasonable position until the winding speed of the winding roller and the paper feeding belt are the same.

The platen roller has a position measuring device for providing a position about the platen roller and the diameter of the paper roll. Based on the above information, the hydraulic cylinder moves in accordance with the separation design curve as the diameter of the paper roll continues to increase. The hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a hydraulic hose rupture protection valve to prevent the paper roll from suddenly falling when the hose is damaged.

The platen roller provides additional load to the paper roll at the beginning of the rewinding. At a later stage of the rewind, the pressure is released. In the final stage, the platen roller ensures that the paper roll is in place.
During the threading and changing process, the platen roller is raised to the rear of the safety lock at the top position. The safety lock prevents the platen roller from suddenly falling when the device malfunctions. The platen roller is automatically decompressed when the platen roller is lowered to the core or the base. If the lowering control is terminated before decompression, the platen roller will be activated and the platen roller will be raised to the upper position.
During the rewinding process, the contact surface between the platen roller and the paper core must be carefully observed. If the platen roller is very close to the core, special care must be taken during the rewinding process. If the core starts to vibrate, the speed must be lowered immediately. There is a vibration indicator on the pressing roller beam to facilitate speed reduction in that case.
