1. Hydraulic part:
The local hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump station and a valve station. System control and transmission components use world famous brand products. All hydraulic lines of the winder are supplied.
The hydraulic pump station uses three oil pumps to provide pressure oil source. The hydraulic station has safety facilities such as liquid level alarm, temperature control, filter blockage alarm, and a set of circulating filtration and cooling system. The valve station control section includes:

The core loading device supplies a paper core between the take-up rolls.
A fork-like paper core loader is mounted on the paper feed roller. The core loader includes a paper core clip and a centering tray. The core loader is hydraulically operated. The movement of the paper core clamp is operated by compressed air.
The core is placed on a tray in the core loader. It is fixed in position by the paper core clamp.
During the rewinding process, the core loader opens and the new core is advanced. When the core loader is full, the paper core clamp will run to grip the paper core. The core loader moves to the position it should wait when the paper feed roller moves. When the paper advance roller reaches the position where the paper roll is ejected, the core loader is lowered to the drop position. The core holder is opened and the core falls into the middle of the roll.
