2. During the production process, the gears, pulleys, chains and other components of the machine must not be allowed to entangle with paper scraps, ropes, etc., and the air pipe must not leak. The trachea, electric wires, etc. can not be fixed with rope or adhesive tape, which affects the appearance;
3. The waste paper can not be thrown anywhere in the production process, must be loaded into the designated waste paper bag to keep the production site clean.
4. The original paper core produced during the production process must be placed in the designated place;

From the control scheme, the so-called direct tension scheme uses the measured tension as the feedback signal. Compared with the given signal, the tension adjuster is used to adjust the tension. The advantage of this scheme is that the control structure is simple and the control response is rapid, but it is difficult to balance the rapidity of control response and the stability of control. The so-called indirect tension control scheme is to analyze the cause of the tension change, and compensate the main disturbance amount. If several disturbances can be controlled at the same time, good results can be achieved. Taken together, direct tension control should be combined with an indirect tension control scheme to take advantage of its fast response while avoiding other deficiencies.
The selection of the main drive of the rewinding machine should mainly consider whether the three main aspects of the speed regulation range, power and torque of the motor meet the requirements. Of course, the cost and the coordination with the gearbox should be considered comprehensively to achieve the best cost performance. 13 Automatic roll change

The paper feed roller pushes the paper roll to the paper unloading station. At the same time, the paper cutter cuts the paper. The vacuum suction of the rear bottom roller sucks the cut sheet onto the roller. The core loader drops the new core onto the roll. The paper feed roller returns to its original position and the unloading table falls to the middle position. The paper core clip is lowered and closed.
