The main structural parameters of the winder are the width of the paper roll that can be rewinded, the maximum speed that the rewinding machine can reach, the quality of the finished paper roll, the maximum diameter of the ejecting roll and the roll paper, and the method of cutting the paper.

The rewinder is generally composed of a unwinding roll (also referred to as a paper take-off roll), a guide roll, a slitting mechanism, a platen roll, a take-up bottom roll (including a front bottom roll and a rear bottom roll), and a double bottom roll. The machine is characterized by two rotating drums to replace and support the take-up reel, usually with or without a rotating platen roller pressed against the top of the reel in the take-up, the take-up reel is taken up The main structure (has become the front and rear bottom rollers respectively). Under normal circumstances, the surface of the front bottom roller is rough, and the surface of the rear bottom roller is relatively smooth. They are connected to the motor through the reduction gear box. The platen roller, also called the load roller, acts to create a downward pressure whose pressure is the difference between its own weight and the load roller lifting pressure. The unwinding roller is composed of a leg paper holder, a unwinding roller coupling, a unwinding roller clamping mechanism, and a unwinding motor. After the cut, the stretch is achieved by the wrap angle roll. The wrap angle roll includes a stretch roll. The first spreader roll is above the cut sheet and the second spreader roll is below the sheet. Both rollers are mounted on a frame that is used to adjust the stretch.
The spreader rolls above the sheet have good curvature. The spreader roll is equipped with a bend control device. The hand wheel and screw mechanism are used on the maintenance side to control the direction and tendency of the bend.
The segmented spreader rolls are under the sheet of paper. The segmented stretch roll is placed over an arcuate roll mounted on a steel beam. The cylinder is mounted below the segmented spreader roll. The bending curvature of the spreader roll can be modified by adjusting the gas pressure to adjust the cylinder.
When the sheet passes under the first roller, the sheet is guided from the center to the outside by a curved roller at each slightly different angle. At this time, there is a small gap between the cut sheets. When the sheet is placed over the second roll, the sheet encounters an arc of the opposite direction, which allows the sheet to remain parallel through the gap.
The stretching effect is mainly controlled by changing the wrap angle of the spreader roll. In addition, the stretching effect can also be controlled by changing the bow position of the stretch roll to control and change the arcuate curvature of the segmented spreader roll. The spreader roller is driven by a separate drive motor through a V-belt. The speed of the stretching roller is the same as the speed of the rewinding machine.
