If the pressure of the platen roller is kept constant and does not change, the pressure between the contact points of the finished paper roll and the front and rear bottom rolls is not guaranteed to be constant, and the change in the contact point causes the pressure generated between them to change accordingly. Therefore, if we want the paper roll to reach the best form, we must adjust the pressure exerted by the platen roller to compensate for the influence of the above two factors. Only in this way can the pressure between the front and rear bottom rollers and the finished paper roll be guaranteed. Variety.
2, support roller torque program control In the rewinding process of the finished paper roll, in order to obtain high quality finished paper roll, the speed control or the support roller torque should meet certain conditions, if the speed control is used, the support roller The speed between the two should be less than 0.2%. As the diameter of the paper roll increases, the speed of the two supporting rollers must be close. Only in this way can the high quality finished paper roll be rewinded, but some quick checking systems cannot consider this design.

The belt and stick set consists of two belt rollers with intermediate and end supports! A rubber support belt surrounds the belt roller. The inner surface of the support belt has a guiding profile that controls the operation of the belt. There is also a correspondingly concave surface on the belt roller. The belt roller has been joined together by a rocker and a hydraulic cylinder from below. The belt tension can be adjusted with a hydraulic cylinder during the winding process.
The motor drives the rear belt roller to run, and the other roller is carried by the belt. The belt roller is equipped with a hydraulic brake system. The belt roller bearing housing is lubricated with lubricating oil. The oil flow and temperature of the lubricating oil system are detected by the sensor. There is a directional blow tube between the two rolls to ensure that no space remains in the space between the two rolls. The lifting device has been installed under the belt. The lifting device is used for changing rolls. The lifting device comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a lifting plate interlocked with the rear bottom roller during the lifting process.
