If the pressure of the platen roller is kept constant and does not change, the pressure between the contact points of the finished paper roll and the front and rear bottom rolls is not guaranteed to be constant, and the change in the contact point causes the pressure generated between them to change accordingly. Therefore, if we want the paper roll to reach the best form, we must adjust the pressure exerted by the platen roller to compensate for the influence of the above two factors. Only in this way can the pressure between the front and rear bottom rollers and the finished paper roll be guaranteed. Variety.
2, support roller torque program control In the rewinding process of the finished paper roll, in order to obtain high quality finished paper roll, the speed control or the support roller torque should meet certain conditions, if the speed control is used, the support roller The speed between the two should be less than 0.2%. As the diameter of the paper roll increases, the speed of the two supporting rollers must be close. Only in this way can the high quality finished paper roll be rewinded, but some quick checking systems cannot consider this design.

Construction
After the cut, the stretch is achieved by the wrap angle roll. The wrap angle roll includes a stretch roll. The first spreader roll is above the cut sheet and the second spreader roll is below the sheet. Both rollers are mounted on a frame that is used to adjust the stretch.
The spreader rolls above the sheet have good curvature. The spreader roll is equipped with a bend control device. The hand wheel and screw mechanism are used on the maintenance side to control the direction and tendency of the bend.
The segmented spreader rolls are under the sheet of paper. The segmented stretch roll is placed over an arcuate roll mounted on a steel beam. The cylinder is mounted below the segmented spreader roll. The bending curvature of the spreader roll can be modified by adjusting the gas pressure to adjust the cylinder.
Stretching principle:
When the sheet passes under the first roller, the sheet is guided from the center to the outside by a curved roller at each slightly different angle. At this time, there is a small gap between the cut sheets. When the sheet is placed over the second roll, the sheet encounters an arc of the opposite direction, which allows the sheet to remain parallel through the gap.
The stretching effect is mainly controlled by changing the wrap angle of the spreader roll. In addition, the stretching effect can also be controlled by changing the bow position of the stretch roll to control and change the arcuate curvature of the segmented spreader roll. The spreader roller is driven by a separate drive motor through a V-belt. The speed of the stretching roller is the same as the speed of the rewinding machine.
