1. Adjusting mechanism of pressure of the platen roller
As the rewinder continuously performs rewinding, the diameter of the finished paper roll is gradually increased, and the weight of the finished paper roll is also gradually increasing, so that the contact points of the finished paper roll with the front and rear bottom rolls are also changing. So you can come to a conclusion like this:
If the pressure of the platen roller is kept constant and does not change, the pressure between the contact points of the finished paper roll and the front and rear bottom rolls is not guaranteed to be constant, and the change in the contact point causes the pressure generated between them to change accordingly. Therefore, if we want the paper roll to reach the best form, we must adjust the pressure exerted by the platen roller to compensate for the influence of the above two factors. Only in this way can the pressure between the front and rear bottom rollers and the finished paper roll be guaranteed. Variety.
2, support roller torque program control In the rewinding process of the finished paper roll, in order to obtain high quality finished paper roll, the speed control or the support roller torque should meet certain conditions, if the speed control is used, the support roller The speed between the two should be less than 0.2%. As the diameter of the paper roll increases, the speed of the two supporting rollers must be close. Only in this way can the high quality finished paper roll be rewinded, but some quick checking systems cannot consider this design.

The movable beam is fixed to the frame. The movement of the platen roller beam moves with the hydraulic cylinder attached to the beam. The platen roller is decoupled from the hydraulic cylinder during the rewinding process. The platen roller also includes a pressure sensor to measure the pressure between the platen roller and the frame.
The platen roller has a position measuring device for providing a position about the platen roller and the diameter of the paper roll. Based on the above information, the hydraulic cylinder moves in accordance with the separation design curve as the diameter of the paper roll continues to increase. The hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a hydraulic hose rupture protection valve to prevent the paper roll from suddenly falling when the hose is damaged.
The platen roller provides additional load to the paper roll at the beginning of the rewinding. At a later stage of the rewind, the pressure is released. In the final stage, the platen roller ensures that the paper roll is in place.
During the threading and changing process, the platen roller is raised to the rear of the safety lock at the top position. The safety lock prevents the platen roller from suddenly falling when the device malfunctions. The platen roller is automatically decompressed when the platen roller is lowered to the core or the base. If the lowering control is terminated before decompression, the platen roller will be activated and the platen roller will be raised to the upper position.
During the rewinding process, the contact surface between the platen roller and the paper core must be carefully observed. If the platen roller is very close to the core, special care must be taken during the rewinding process. If the core starts to vibrate, the speed must be lowered immediately. There is a vibration indicator on the pressing roller beam to facilitate speed reduction in that case.

13 Automatic roll change

The rewinding device cuts the sheet, pushes the paper roll onto the unloading station and fills in a new core for the rewinding.
The roll change can be started when the roll is decelerated. In the final stage of deceleration, the nipple guardrail and the platen roller rise to a high position. The unloader rises to the position where the paper roll is received. When the winder stops, the paper core clamp opens and rises to rise. The paper cutter is raised from between the paper rolls. The paper feed roller pushes the paper roll to the paper unloading station. At the same time, the paper cutter cuts the paper. The vacuum suction of the rear bottom roller sucks the cut sheet onto the roller. The core loader drops the new core onto the roll. The paper feed roller returns to its original position and the unloading table falls to the middle position. The paper core clip is lowered and closed.
