1. Razor slitting
1.1. The razor slitting requires the film to travel in the correct direction to the winding section.
1.2. Adjust the photoelectric tracking to bring the film to the proper position.
1.3. Tension the film and attach the blade to the razor holder.
1.4. According to the specifications required by the instruction sheet, the sliding razor holder is cut into the razor groove under the film, and the blade edge and the edge of the sipe are required to be in contact with each other.
1.5 After adjusting the depth of the cutter, lock the razor frame screws.
2. Round knife cutting
2.1. Check whether the upper and lower knives are sharp and have no gaps, and vice versa;
2.2. Determine the number of knives (N+1) according to the number of product series (N);
2.3. Install the lower knife to adjust the width of the lower knife according to the actual width of the product;
2.4 Install the upper knife correctly. The flat side of the upper knife is aligned with the side of the lower cutting edge. The upper knife is aligned with the gap between the lower knife and the septum. Press the screws on both sides to make the upper knife enter the gap depth to about 2mm. The upper knife is attached to the lower knife and fastened. Finally, the screw on the left side of the upper knife holder is adjusted so that the whole knife holder moves 1-2 mm to the right side and is fastened.

4 operational requirements
4.2.6 The customer is the product of Xiamen Cigarette Factory, and the length of the reel is cut. The weight of the reel label is filled in the theoretical weight of each product (see the attached table for the theoretical weight of each product). After the self-inspection is passed, the scale needs to be scaled one by one. The weight of the product is kept rounded to two digits after the decimal point. The weight of the product registered in the certificate and machine record table should be consistent, and the record should be true and accurate.
4.2.7 The products that have passed the self-test and the internal and external labels are neatly stacked on the tray. The number of products stacked on each tray and each tray is specified in the “Product Printing Process Card” and fixed with a cannula.
4.2.8 If the product does not meet the quality requirements, it needs to be removed or the product quality is in doubt. It is necessary to carry out re-inspection and strictly follow the “Rewinding Machine Operation Guide”.
4.2.9 Timely labeling and isolating materials, products, and materials to be processed at the production site, and taking the squad leader in charge of process identification and traceability operation control and integrated management according to the “identification and traceability control procedures”. After each shift is completed, the production report should be taken to the monitor.
4.2.10 If the product to be treated has not been processed within 2 working days, it should be reported to the workshop with the squad leader for timely disposal.
4.2.11 When the cutting machine is changed, it must be strictly in accordance with the “Regulations on the Management of Shop Closing”.
