Tension information detection method

(2) Roll diameter calculation type detection method: It uses the proximity switch installed at the reel to detect the rotation speed of the reel. Because the reel rotates once, the winding diameter will change twice the thickness of the material.
The current diameter of the reel is obtained by cumulative calculation by the initial value of the reel diameter and the material thickness, and the change of the corresponding reel diameter reflects the change of the actual tension value.
(3) Floating roller position detection mode: It uses the cylinder attached to the slitter to connect the floating roller to drive the angular displacement sensor to detect the tension change. When the tension is stable, the tension on the material is balanced with the cylinder force, so that the floating roller is in the center position. When the tension changes, the balance between the tension and the cylinder force is broken, and the position of the floating roller will rise or fall. At this time, the swing lever will rotate around a point and drive the floating roller angular displacement sensor to rotate together.
(4) Floating roller position + tension sensor combined tension detection mode: It can simultaneously detect the floating roller position signal output by the floating roller angular displacement sensor and the tension signal output by the tension sensor, thereby providing higher precision tension control to the system. For large slitting machines, it is more difficult to ensure the running accuracy due to the large number of running parts. Moreover, since the plastic film is a polymer product, its thickness is very thin, and it is more susceptible to damage during processing. Therefore, once the running accuracy is insufficient, quality problems such as vertical streaks are likely to occur. For this reason, it should be cautious when replacing equipment parts and accessories. It is advisable to use durable and high-precision parts, and it must also ensure a certain precision during installation. Otherwise, it is difficult to meet the operation requirements of the slitting machine.

Generally, the slitting process is effective in reducing the wrinkles and reducing the pressure, and should be effective for different types of products. Adjusting the slitting and pressure can effectively eliminate the occurrence of cross wrinkles.

      Whether the slitting and scratching can be compared and determined by the film surface before and after the slitting, there are various reasons for the scratching of the membrane surface, and the analysis should be based on the appearance of the scratch, such as short-line scratching. The difference of the speed ratio of each drive roller exceeds the process setting requirement, and it needs to be carefully tested and adjusted. If the film surface scratch occurs continuously, the film on the slitter should be inspected for whether it touches the fixed object or cuts each. Scratch is the appearance quality problem of the film, which directly affects the quality appearance of the deep-processed product.
