It is called direct tension closed-loop control. This method can eliminate the steady-state error without considering various compensations. The indirect tension control uses the motor speed-torque characteristic curve to control the torque to control the torque, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the tension. This method requires dynamic and static compensation. Sometimes, in order to obtain more precise control performance, a composite tension control method is adopted, that is, the required control amount is first determined according to an indirect control algorithm, and various compensations are considered to make the indirect control as accurate as possible, and then the direct tension control is used for fine adjustment.

5 handling of abnormal conditions
5.1 Once the quality problem is found in the cutting process, it should be stopped immediately and recorded. The products that cannot be processed should be strictly distinguished, and the label should be marked and reported to the workshop to be handled by the monitor.
5.2 If the abnormal cutting process, abnormal smell, high temperature or sudden failure occurs, the machine should stop immediately. The machine personnel should fill in the “equipment failure repair order” and submit it to the squad leader for confirmation. Also recorded in the production record. 5.3 Timely feedback to the squad leader for problems that cannot be dealt with with quality, equipment, materials, and crafts.
5.4 Equipment failure Machine personnel should actively cooperate with the machine repair to debug, and record the equipment failure, the amount of damage, etc. in the "machine failure debugging consumption table", signed and confirmed by the machine personnel, the shift supervisor, and the machine repair class. The number of equipment faults after on-site confirmation is not included in the consumption assessment.
