4. Press the “Release side 1 card head release” and “Rewind side 2 card head release” buttons, the card head will open, release the finished product roll (if the finished product roll does not come down, manually shake the finished product roll).
5. Press and hold the “winding side 1 swinging” and “winding side 2 swinging” keys, and the winding arm station will be turned up and forward until the winding arm reaches the paper discharge core position and release the button.

6. Unload and unwind the trolley and advance the finished product to the packaging area.
7. After the winding arm is in the correct position, manually install the empty paper core (the double-sided adhesive should be attached to the paper core).

4 operational requirements

4.2 Slitting
4.2.1 When loading paper, it is necessary to standardize the operation. If there are products that do not meet the quality requirements, the products should be picked out and clearly marked, and feedback should be sent to the squad leader.
4.2.2 Before the official production, the crew must pass the start-up information to each other, and it is not allowed to stack debris that interferes with the operation around the machine. The captain (blocking vehicle) shall compare the trial production sample with the standard proof, and self-check the product size specification. After confirming the pass, sign the first proof, and the sample will be retained until the end of the project.
4.2.3 When cutting, it is necessary to see the product specifications and determine in advance whether the size of the slitting knife meets the product quality requirements.
4.2.4 Each group of products must be self-tested, and the quality requirements and production process control shall be carried out according to the “Product Printing Process Card”.
4.2.5 After each group of products has been cut, the product label is affixed to the self-test and the production record is filled. The products to be re-rolled are processed on the shift; the items to be treated or scrapped are labeled and transferred to the treated area or waste as required. Area. The label of each product must clearly and accurately indicate the current product status, quality or problems.

5 handling of abnormal conditions
5.1 Once the quality problem is found in the cutting process, it should be stopped immediately and recorded. The products that cannot be processed should be strictly distinguished, and the label should be marked and reported to the workshop to be handled by the monitor.
5.2 If the abnormal cutting process, abnormal smell, high temperature or sudden failure occurs, the machine should stop immediately. The machine personnel should fill in the “equipment failure repair order” and submit it to the squad leader for confirmation. Also recorded in the production record. 5.3 Timely feedback to the squad leader for problems that cannot be dealt with with quality, equipment, materials, and crafts.
5.4 Equipment failure Machine personnel should actively cooperate with the machine repair to debug, and record the equipment failure, the amount of damage, etc. in the "machine failure debugging consumption table", signed and confirmed by the machine personnel, the shift supervisor, and the machine repair class. The number of equipment faults after on-site confirmation is not included in the consumption assessment.
5.5 When the machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to be unattended.
