In the coating process, the coating gap is poor and the pole piece wrinkles are analyzed:

 

3. The front and back are not aligned
(1) Operational aspect: the first side gap is consistent. The operating parameters are not adjusted well. The light eye is blocked. The unwinding pinch roller forgets the clip.
      (2) Equipment: The tension behind the second side is large. The front tension is small.
4 When the middle is turned on, the white space becomes smaller, and the back 3-4 pieces are inaccurate.
Equipment: The tension is not allowed at the beginning of the start. The first side has no memory function. The foil strip slides forward 2-3mm when starting. The tension starts first when starting. The back roller does not turn. The coating head has no pinch roller or is not clamped.
5. The last piece is in a parallel trailing tail
Operation: coating the back roller spacing (the first side is tailed, the second side is not trailing); the back roller is pulled slowly when the machine is stopped 6. The head thickness is thin or the head is thin and thick. Operation: The head and tail parameters are not adjusted well 7 There is no effect on the action
(1) Material: The foil is tight on both sides
(2) Equipment: the foil tension is small and the moment leaves the back roller.
8. Double-sided large piece of whitening phenomenon: the light eye is not sensed. The first side gap is abnormal. The light eye is covered.

Second, the length of the coating section changes, the spacing is unstable:
  1. The length of the segment changes greatly (* is shortened) * The variation of the pitch is small (narrowed)
  2) The gap between the back roller and the rubber roller is too small and too tight.
  3) The tension before and after the mismatch, the unwinding is greater than the winding solution

  2) Adjust the diagonal block to a fixed position
  3) Adjust with reference to setting parameters

If the length of the head of the pole piece and the head of the next piece are changed greatly (smaller), the tail change between the two pieces of the pole piece is small, so that the solenoid valve (control roller movement) is inflexible.
