The general process flow for pole piece coating is as follows:
Unwinding → tab → traction → tension control → automatic deviation correction → coating → drying → automatic deviation correction → tension control → automatic deviation correction → winding
The coated substrate (metal foil) is discharged from the unwinding device and supplied to the coater. After drying, the pole piece is subjected to tension adjustment and automatic correction, and is wound up for processing in the next step.
