Tape Cutting Machine-
First, the precautions before installation and installation:
1. Install the equipment in a dry, clean and well ventilated place.
2. The equipment should be protected and connected to zero, that is, the casing part is connected with the neutral line in the three-phase four-wire (the product with the power plug is connected to the factory).
3. The power supply in the workplace should be normal, without excessive fluctuations, otherwise the equipment cannot guarantee normal operation.
4. Steps for equipment installation:
a. The power incoming line is connected to the user-supplied three-phase switch of suitable capacity. The three-phase switch shall be fitted with a fuse that meets the requirements and shall not be arbitrarily amplified. The three-phase switch should be dedicated to the cutting machine.
b. The gas source is connected to the inlet end of the filter pressure reducing valve on the rear plate of the cutting chassis through the gas supply pipe, that is, facing the left side joint of the pressure gauge.
c. Clamp the working ground clamp of the cutting machine (the positive output end of the cutting power supply) on the workpiece.
It is suitable for cutting various materials, double sided adhesive, plastic-sided, self-adhesive labels, foam, film, foil, and so on.
Applicable to the electronics, automotive, medical, and printing products processing.
二. Functional characteristics:
A. speed: 0-65m/min, max width of original 330 mm.
B. Precision of die cutting: ±0.01mm, the precision of slice: ±0.01mm
C. Max sizes of finished die cutting:300mm*290mm, min width:80 mm
D. Winding/rewinding tension controlled by the computer fully automatically, its max tension: 15N
E. The operating panel adopts 5.7 inch color touching interface
F. It can operate the fully or semi cutting working( when operating, needless to adjust the pressure or others)
G. It can finish the semi cutting. Its min. thickness: 0.025mm
H. It can count meter/amount with the function of meter/ amount full to stop as well as no feeding to stop.

1. Main driving system: AC motor with inverter is employed.
2. Operating panel: All functions are operated on the 10" LCD touch panel.
3. Central control unit: Programmable central control is used and 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for auto transfer and cutting.
4. Cutting positioning system: Cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor.
The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the cutter seat.
5. Blade feeding positioning system: Blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages.
6. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade: Mitsubishi servo motor is used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (The angle change range is ±8°).
7. Quick shaft change system: Three kinds of shafts are available and quick change of shafts is applied for different materials.
