Second, preparation before use:
1. Check the external power supply is correct.
2. Check that the workpiece ground wire is clamped on the workpiece.
3. Turn on the air source and drain the water.
4. Check that the power switch is in the off position.
5. Close the main switch of the power supply of the power grid. At this time, the fan starts to work. Pay attention to check the wind direction. The wind should blow inward. Otherwise, the main transformer will not be ventilated and cooled, which will shorten the working time.
6. Turn the power switch on the panel to the “on” position and the power indicator light. Compressed air should flow out of the torch at this point. Pay attention to whether the pressure gauge pressure gauge pointer is 0.2-0.4 megabytes
Pa position, if the pressure does not match, in the case of gas flow, adjust the upper knob of the filter pressure reducing valve pressure gauge, clockwise to increase pressure, and vice versa.
7. Let the gas flow for a few minutes to remove the condensed water vapor from the torch.

3. Operating panel: All functions are operated on the 10" LCD touch panel.
4. Motor control system: The central control system is PLC programmable controller.
5. Cutting positioning system: Cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the cutter seat.
6. Blade feeding positioning system: Blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages.
7. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade: Mitsubishi servo motoris used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is ±8°).
8. Auto exchange device: cylinder-driven position spline gear is used to ensure fast & precise exchange; non-stop machine to save material loading & unloading time and improve efficiency.
9. Quick shaft change system: Three kinds of shafts are available and quick change of shafts is applied for different materials.
