Tape machine parameters settings:

Drying temperature: The higher the drying temperature, the faster the water molecules in the emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive evaporate, and many pressure sensitive adhesives can simultaneously undergo cross-linking reactions to cause changes in pressure-sensitive adhesive properties. However, the higher the temperature, the greater the influence; when the machine is shut down, the film in the oven is easily contracted and deformed due to the long residence time at high temperature; for the equipment that is coated and cut simultaneously, the actual drying is performed. The temperature can be set at 60-90 °C.
